Below are a few of the most Frequent Questions Asked. If your question isn’t listed here, please feel free to contact us. We are always here to help answer any questions that you have. We simply created this section to help get answers quickly to some of the most commonly asked questions.
- How much will it cost me to use your services for my transcript? Our prices are pretty well broken down on our Rates page. If you have an number of minutes under or over the audio hour to be charged then we will then charge by the minute. You can also see the audio minute charge on the rates page as well.
- What type of payments do you accept for your services? We accept Pay Pal as our accepted form of payment. If you do not have a Pay Pal account that is fine, we simply send you an invoice and you can pay with your credit card without having to have a pay pal account. We may also accept checks, money order or cashiers check upon approval. Our preferred payment option is Pay Pal. To pay with any other method please get that approved through us first.
- What format are the transcripts sent in? The transcripts are sent back to our client as a word.doc, however we do have the option to convert the transcript to PDF for you if you prefer it in PDF format.
- Why should I hire a virtual assistant or outsource my transcription work? As a business owner it takes a good amount of time to accomplish everything you need to in order to move your business forward. There comes a time in your business when you realize that you just cannot accomplish all of the tasks at hand all by yourself. Therefore, outsourcing your work or bringing others in to help you with those additional tasks just begin to make financial sense to help keep your business moving forward. If you as the business owner on spending to much time on a project that could be outsourced, it then affects the speed of moving your business forward and becoming more successful as a business owner. - How fast can I expect to get my project back once I have sent it over for transcription? Of course we strive to do each and every project as quickly as we can while providing an accurate document. But the TAT for a Standard project is five days. If you wish to have your project done more quickly we can do that too. You can check out our rates page to see how we can move up your deadline for a small fee.
