On Time Transcripts Terms of Service - TOS
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm EST (with the exception of Holidays). Services may be offered during non-business hours if accepted by On Time Transcripts with advanced notice (this includes weekends, holidays and any other non-business hour). We can reached by email 24 hrs/day, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours please feel free to email us again. We normally check emails several times/day therefore, chances are you will hear from us within a few hours of your email.
Quality of Work: We provide the most reliable, dependable, highest quality service that we can provide. Our customers needs and projects are always important to us. We strive to always provide the highest quality work, on time. As a part of our service to you we do proofread and edit all work that we do for our clients. But, it is very important that our clients review the project to check for any errors or changes to be made. If the client is not satisfied with the finished project, they should return the work within 72 hours so that we can make the necessary changes to fit the clients needs.
Project Delivery: We accept delivery of projects via email, ftp site, regular mail, FedEX and UPS. However, the client is responsible for any costs involved with shipping the project. We return all transcripts via email/ftp site. If you require a hard copy of your transcript/project then there may be an additional fee involved due to printing and shipping costs. Please clarify your needs before your project is accepted.
Contracts: A signed and dated contract for services is required before services commence.
Privacy Policy: Any information received by On Time Transcripts is kept Confidential. We never share or sell clients information to third party individuals except as required by law. At anytime if On Time Transcripts hires an Independant Contractor(s) (IC’s) we make sure that they have signed a Confidentiality Agreement with our company before beginning employment.
Payment Options: We accept PayPal as the form of payment. If you do not have PayPal we can send you an invoice through email upon request (you do not need a PayPal account in order to make your payment with a PayPal invoice, you can simply pay with your credit card).
We may also accept other forms of payment such as Checks, Money Order or Cashier Checks upon approval. If you plan on paying with something other than PayPal or PayPal Invoice (your credit card) please make prior arrangements. In these cases we also ask that at least 50% of the estimated project cost is paid up front.
Late Payments - Please notice that any invoice that goes unpaid for 72 hours is subject to a late fee.
Disclaimer: On Time Transcripts is not to be held responsible for loss or damage of any kind resulting from loss of documents or delayed in transit of any kind. On Time Transcripts also will not be held responsible for Typographical errors if the audio is not clear during the transcription process.
On Time Transcripts works hard to work with our clients to resolve any disputes regarding services. If by chance any of our clients are unsatisfied, we will work closely with our client to make every effort to resolve the situation.
